We contribute to capability development of staff by means of induction programs, awareness workshops, refresher information sessions and on the job trainings for relevant staff whenever necessary. We also coordinate the review and development of capability plans for our Ministry. LODGING A QUERY OR COMPLAINT We encourage your feedback on our service and suggestions for improvement. If you have a query or a complaint, you may contact the staff concerned or our Divisional Head in writing or in person. If you are dissatisfied with our response, decision or action, or if we failed to respond without justification, you may lodge your written query or complaint with our Chief Executive Officer. You will be advised accordingly when all necessary information have been considered.
