-         Produce a Faailoa Newsletter that reports agricultural and fisheries issues bimonthly to the public

-         Produce a Market Information system Newsletter that reports on Market supplies and prices, trends and forecasts

-         Coordinate the Radio talk-back program within line Divisions for information dissemination and feedback on various agricultural sector issues

-         Compile and publish Annual Reports for the Ministry

-         Secretariat to/and coordinate special MAF events such as the World Food Day, Talomua

-         Provide footage and media coverage for CEO’s approval

-         Maintain a Library information system for interested researchers, students and Consultants

-         Maintain a centralized database for all MAF projects  for monitoring and access by Senior officials
